1、您傳真或E-MAILL，上面寫明：用車日期、所需車型、上車的具體時間、地點和聯(lián)系人手機及大致行程，留下您公司電話和傳真。

2、在收到您的傳真或E-MAILL后，我方會回傳一份租車確認(rèn)書（合同），上面明確您的用車情況及價格含什么費用（司機工資、燃油費、車輛保險），不含什么費用（路橋費、停車費及司機食宿）。
